Friends of the Moritzburg Festival

The key to a wonderful friendship

Since 1994 the Friends of the Moritzburg Festival supports the aim of the meanwhile internationally renowned chamber music performances of the Moritzburg Festival by donations, membership fees and an enormous honorary involvement. Especially in times of constantly reduced subventions from the public authorities we are increasingly depend on the support of private friends as well as industrial and economical supporters.

Our association of Friends offers an extraordinary and appealing forum to communicate with interesting notabilities. During the Festival and within the context of tour concerts in international music centres the members are constantly offered the opportunity to contact the artists directly. Furtheron the Friends of the Moritzburg Festival are a stage for economic and societal interchange, even extending to our american contributors, the Friends of Dresden Music Foundation.
